I have no idea what the poster had in mind, but maybe it had to do with the hatred that the eco-facists, such as Al Gore, have towards makind in general (we are a blight on the earth) and automobiles in particular, and those of us with big V8's are the most hated of all. Don't be suprised if someday the federal government bans production of big V8's. If you think what I just said was stupid keep in mind that 15 years ago, if you told a group of gun owners that someday the fed's would ban the manufacture and import of certain guns and high capacity mags, you would have been laughed at. BTW, all this talk across the country about building mass transit systems is to prepare us for the day when the fed's limit the use of cars and what kind of cars can be produced in order to save the environment. What the socialists can't get in through the front door they sneek in through the back door via the environmental doom propaganda - the ability to travel freely allows us to enjoy our other freedoms.
