Greetings all, I was nearly home last night in my 88 900s when I had to change gears in traffic - several seconds after coming up in 1st - and pushed down the clutch pedal to suddenly - very suddenly - find NO RESISTANCE. In short, it went right to the floor. I was lucky to get home without wearing the gears down to sand, I suspect. Not being a mechanic, but knowing a little bit, I opened the hood/bonnet and checked the dipstick marked "Gear Box Fluid". It was full! Is there then a good possibility that I'm looking at other than a clutch failure, perhaps something mechanical with the footpedal itself? Thanks in advance. -- Stephen Goodman * The free Loop of the Week! EarthLight Productions * http://www.earthlight.net/Studios
