I asked the same question last week on Saabnet and got a great answer. Crutchfield Audio evidently makes a grid you can wire on to any car CD stereo that will then let you slide it right into the standard Saab interface. I haven't done it yet so I can't tell you how well this works, but this is what I'm going to try. Good luck.
