I believe the explanation for torque steer given in this thread is wrong. The author is correct in stating it is an imbalance in torque reaching the driving wheels. However, the length referred to I assume is that of the driveshaft. The force is not being applied linearly, but radially. While I have read equal length half-shafts reduce torque, why does this matter if we are dealing with radial torque?(unless the elasticity of the driveshaft itself is an issue). Any answers??
