I recently looked at a '91 900T. It was relatively clean, but was lt. blue
with blue interior (not to my liking). The only other problem was that the
turbo did not 'blow hard'. It would go into boost and all was smooth, it
just only blew to 3/4 of the orange stripe. Is this typical of a turbo
needing replacement, or is it also possible that the waste gate is leaking
or partially on. Any thoughts?
