Hi Mike, Could be the fuel pump check ball is getting stuck causing the fuel system to leak down during sitting causing a loss of fuel pressure. Upon the initial startup the pump takes a minute or so to get the pressure back to the fuel pressure regulator. Another possibility is that the DI cass. could have a problem with one coil not having enough fire on initial start ups. Hopefully this will help.
