Subject: Automatic Antenna Problem '92 900

I have a 92 Saab 900 with a motorized antenna. It stopped working some time ago and I thought that the antenna was broken. So I bought a replacement antenna, and disassembled the motor, found that the old one was broken but when I went to feed the new one into the motor, it wouldn't feed. Could the motor have burned out trying to feed the broken one? Or is there a fuse that controls it that might be blown or removed to keep it from trying? I bought the car used, and I don't think it worked when I got it. Thanks in advance for any help anyone can offer! Reply here or to ra_robertsnopsamoot.com Thanks, Rebecca
