Subject: Idle before stopping on 9000 Turbo

I just got a 1986 9000 Turbo and with the help of the group have got it road worthy after a six month sit with the previous owners. Anybody got tips on keeping it ship shape in Bristol fashion? I read somewhere in this group that it is good to let a turbo sit and idle before turning it off. Is this true and if so, how long should I let it idle? Thanks Tony in Fort Worth 86 9000T (p.s. remove Saab from the reply address to email)
