Perhaps because the Opel engine isn't strong enough to handle
more power? Another factor is the imbalance caused by the asymetrical
loading caused by the turbo. Saab compensates for this by using
different valve springs on the two banks, but I wonder what would
happen if the turbo pressure was changed to the same level as
the Aero...
