Subject: blower question's PLEASE HELP!

when i replace my cabin blower motor is there is a possibility I don't need to replace my heater core? how can I tell if it is really necessary to replace? I can tell u the heat is fucking hot..(practicing my dirty words for when I do the job)...i understand that it will be better in the long run but i just cant afford it. thanx in advanced...oh ya...is the fan speed control part of the blower motor....not only is my blower squealing and dying but it is stuck on high...I assume that the fan speed transistor part is on the motor...am I fixing both or is the speed something else...man would that suck...I have Haynes manual but I sometimes find it very crappy for the at home mechanic....I have completed many expensive and complicated tasks for a 19 year old, but through the help of people like you and not from the frikin UK Haynes book...finally someone has mentioned i should take my AC down....drain the freon and such..i would really like to avoid this. I don't feel like messing around wid AC...i also got a new Bosch blower motor for $100 including shipping...not to bad I hope.... thanx again all brad 88 9000T 196,000 and fucking whips..
