I was getting quite depressed at the hate emails I received, and had begun to doubt that I should continue to seek truth from Saab. Now I will fight on. Contrary to what some replies claimed, I am not a money grubber seeking compensation. I just want Saab to provide my 9-5SE with what the handbook says it provides, or else issue an amendment to the handbooks to state what is actually provided. -- Regards, Peter Wilkins (wilkinspnopsamnet.au)
