Subject: Bad acceleration in Saab 900c -88

I dont expect a sportscar but I find the bad acceleration at low rpms a bit dangerous. I think there is something wrong, does anyone have any suggestions what I should check ? I have heard some about fuel pressure, is this adjustable ? Does anyone have any suggestion on how to give it some more HP (When the fault is found and fixed). Could another carburator do a little trick ? It is a pierburg 175 sitting as original. Is stromberg, used in the models better ? Sent via Before you buy.
