Find a new dealer because they are probably quoting you the wrong part! I assume you are quoting US$ for the prices below. If you have an ACC system, there is a different controller for the fan speed that gets its information from the main computer. This fan speed controller is under the hood under the Air Conditioning reciever/drier behind the false bulkhead. It costs about US$150, or you can usually repair it yourself by replacing the transistor inside. I was able to order that part for US$10 plus $1 for shipping.
