Subject: slipping transmission at 70 KM/H??

Hi, Saab 9000 CD 1992 2.3T 262000KM. When the car accelerate and reach 70km/h the automatic transmission slip for few second before passing to next gear. If I depress the accelerator when it will slip the transmission change to next gear without slipping. After 70km/h there's no more transmission slipping. When transmission slip I see RPM reach 5000 than go to 2000 as the transmission switch to next gear. Anybody know what is happening with the transmission? Is it the traction control system that make the transmission behave like this? Transmission fluid is redline. What can I expect to happen to the transmission? Transmission was replaced at 220000KM. Thank You. Mario Lachance
