Subject: power window problem

I have a 93 9000 CSE, 2.3l, non turbo. The drivers window, when about 3/4 up, will tilt forward. I have to hold the rear edge down as the window goes up in order to get it closed correctly. I have taken apart the door panel and inspected the works. There is a rail that the window rides along, and the window is attached to the rail by a few small green plastic pieces. Apparantly some of the small pieces of plastic are broken. As the window goes up, it will pivot where the green pieces should hold it to the rail. All of the bolts are accounted for, and tight. First, what is the part (name, number) that I need to replace? Second is this a job for a mechanic, or something that I can do on my own without too much difficaulty?
