Subject: Re: My wife wants a Saab

Thanks for the advice. I also had those criteria high on my list. We've found a 97 900SE that we really like. My wife really digs the new body style (so do I, I have to admit). This one has 49,000 mi. and was a lease return, so we have the complete maintenance history. It has had no major problems or repairs. It is also being sold by a mechanic/dealer who says he's gone over the car completely. The only problem I found was the tach/odometer worked intermittently (the digital odometer would go out and the tach would read zero). If the odometer was not working 100% of the time, is it possible that the mileage is off?
