Last year I bought a 1991 Saab 900 turbo s 16V Aero convertible for my wife. Fully loaded (leather, AC, electrical roof, CD-player,...) for a very reasonable price and with FSH. The car had 170.000 Km but is still driving beautifully and very fast with 175 HP. The turbo-engine is in one word fantastic (with the manual trans mission), we did a small trip to England and the car is powerful in lower revs and very good for cruising even in 4th gear at 60 Km/h. Engine sounds good also, not unimportant for a convertible. In my opinion the Aero alloy wheels (3 spoke) look much better than normal alloys but that's what you like. We have had some problems with the AC and some small oil leaks (valve seals) but no big problems. A problem inherent to the Aero-models is the lowered sport-suspension which is fun to drive but a problem to pass speed-bumps. We like the looks far more than the newer Saab convertibles and so do most people seems to me. Werner
