1. The Turbo/APC gauge is a mechanical pressure gauge. Its connected to the inlet mainfold via a hose. 2. No. Not on your car. Its a mechanical device without any electronics. The procedure you are talking about might be possible on a car with Trionic 7 (ie a newer car), but its probably not easy.
