I use a combination of own maintenance, the dealer's (Saab franchised) garage and an independent garage. The dealer's garage has the best diagnostic tools. However, I wouldn't go to them for normal wear items such as exhaust, brake pads/disks etc. The independents can save you a lot of money, and often these people are enthusiasts who aspire to become Saab franchised. The one in West London that I have used is so good that I like to keep the name a secret. :-) Johannes
