Ethiopian in the fuel supply? No? What is the condition of you battery?
Buy a cheap voltmeter and make sure you have 12 volts.  Try removing
the terminals and scraping them clean. Otherwise it's likely the
starter motor, solenoid, or the wires to the starter.
