I've had good luck with Carter. Their techs seem to be well trained and they have gone to bat form me with Saab corporate. However, they are expensive and they only seem to want to do work that is in the Saab pricing book. I've been using them for the seven years I have been in Seattle -- the 9K had 120K miles and is 13 years old.
