Actually, though, the cable system is far simpler - lever=> cable => clutch vs. Lever => Master cyl => fluid => slave cyl => clutch. Far fewer parts to wear out or replace. > The clutch cable in my '96 900S broke at only 125K. *Only* 125K ? It's a CABLE ! Cables are a maintenance item. The slave cyl on my Nissan gave out at 115K.
