Sure, but you need to replace manifold / inlet / modify compression.. I guess you could modify the wastegate settings.. but why really? The saab has amazing tourqe even without the Turbo, so the diff isnt THAT notisable. And over here (sweden) doing the above would nullify all insurances since it would be a modified car, for which the type-aproval wouldnt be valid.
