Don't get me wrong.... I don't mind "telling it like it is" or whatever.... But to automatically say that somebody got ripped off might be jumping the gun a little bit. It sometimes seems that way I know! A lot of times it IS that way.... without a doubt. But geez... I fix my own car sometimes & my own motorcycles too and things can happen that you don't count on. Some parts are interdependent on others and often an ailing part which was OK with another ailing part acts funny when you replace the second part. Not often, but new parts can be defective. It could be totally un-related. It could be something minor which acts up every once in a while. Sometimes it's just plain mysterious. But this kind of thing does happen so don't go yelling at your mechanic.... (yet?) Mechanics are generally OK guys & gals.... just like you & me. I mean, I certainly wasn't out to rip myself off. Stuff happens!
