POWER STEERING FLUID is correct. The clear stuff. Just don't use ATF! (the red stuff) I had a PS Rack put in recently & I even TOLD my "German" mechanic to NOT use ATF. I made a SPECIFIC POINT to tell this guy. I confirmed it with him. He said I was right. So I get home and guess what? Ol' saurkraut breath filled it with ATF anyway!!!!! What a dope. I flushed it immediately (3 times) & re-filled with the correct fluid. Ach Du Lieber!
