Subject: engine revs up



Hello everybody!
I got some problems with my Saab 9000 CD 2,3 1990.
The engine revs up to about 1400 rpm when it starts to get hot and the damn
thing wont go down again.
I have switched everything off and it still wont go down.
When its cold its about 850 rpm like the manual says, but the hotter the
engine gets the more it revs up.
Does anyone here have a clue about the problem?
