Andrew - you went about this the smart way! I paid £50 for it! Granted it's useful, but I wouldn't use it for cans - McDonalds cups yes and bottled drinks yes, but it's just too unstable and flimsy to support anything else. The 500ml bottles of Pepsi etc fit quite well, though remain a little loose. Yes it does block the CD player, and yes I have had it spill drink once or twice. So long as you're a little careful there's no real need to worry. If it's free, why not! H.
