I happen to have the same year and model. 109K no problems with the auto transmission yet, but it is a weak point from what I hear. I don't have any advice for you on that, but I did pick up a repair manual for the car. The only repair manuals I know of for the car is the Haynes manual which is only available in UK edition so it is British terminology and steering wheel on the right- but its no big deal.
