Ken, et. al., Just to be VERY clear, I have had no, zero, nada problems with Tom Townsend. Tom has been extremely helpful in helping me track down Ywan. I have ordered parts before from their combined business with no problems, thus my discomfort at not receiving my tail light. I'll send Ywan a registered mail letter by Friday seeking a solution. All I want is a word from Ywan with an explanation (or my tail light or my money back!). Please, I haven't accused Ywan of any wrongdoing, I'm simply using the power of the internet and the loyalty of Saab drivers to try and rectify a developing situation.
