hello, have you tried looking to see if there is possibly a different correlation here? I presume your main purpose is warm it up and clearing off the frost? presuming the same - is it always warmer when it rains, then when you are just clearing off frost? mine sorta does something similar to yours, but its supposed to. usually when it rains, its warmer than if it was frosting up the window, thus the time it takes for the sensors to reach their intended heat and shut off the defroster is sooner, than a clear cool frosty morning. -- Nate t.
