I had this problem in a 1987 Turbo Conv. The dealer told me they had to remove the dash. The body shop echoed the dealer. Each said $600. A New England Saab page gave me wonderful advice. Pop off the speaker and vent grill over the instrument panel. Carefully watch the air tubes. Reach in a replace the bulbs. Replace the tubes and the grills. Cost? The price of the bulbs. Ease of fix? Simple.
