I own a '94 900 turbo convertible (commemorative edition). The seat fronts are leather, but the backs (inc. the map pockets) just behind the seat back release are vinyl. The top/outer facing of the head restraints are also leather. You should be able to feel a difference in textures between the leather and the vinyl. Your 2 doors should have a padded leather trim at the window level going down and covering the armrest. The rest of the door is covered in vinyl. There is an insert of "suede" by the door handle. Mine was missing the armrest portion on the drivers door at delivery. The dealer replaced the door panel. My understanding was the non-turbos did not have this trim on the doors.
