The problem areas are the front suspension, shift shaft seal, shifter mechanism, and snorkel tube. Go to www.townsendimports.com when it is back up and look at current problems, or something like that. It has to do with strut upper bearings and assorted stuff. The 'snorkel tube' on mine leaked and was repaired by Saab. This is common on the cable clutch NG900's. The snorkel tube is the guide for the throwout bearing as well as the front seal on the transmission. When it went bad, the clutch was a BEAR to depress and it leaked on the garage floor. it is now easier than my c900. Also keep a spare clutch cable for when that goes out. You will thank me when it goes out in Kansas and the nearest shop is in Denver. It is easily replaced with simple hand tools.
