Subject: sunroof failure



Hi,

I own a SAAB 900 turbo ('86). Some time ago there was a cracking sound while
opening and closing the electric sunroof. The roof became slower and slower
until it moves just a bit, cracks, etc. It takes a long time to open and
close the sunroof and you have to push it in order to close the roof.

What could it be?
