Well, and I was a little bit hasty with my conclusions (thinking it was more snow and snow/rain related) in the sense that I nearly had an accident the other day, while driving off the highway, under heavy rain, temperature well over 12C (55F). Speed was under 100 km (62 mph), and when braking, nothing happened for at least 5 seconds, I nearly drove into the car in front of me. I'm really wondering if they're working on that problem at Saab, and what the accident rate with similar causes could be?
