Viggens run on 17" wheels and bent wheels are very common. Probably the most popular complaint with Viggens. Price is a local market issue... see what other dealers are charging for similar cars. You might want to go to www.saabnet.com and do a post on the 9-3 BBS to see what folks are paying for Viggens to find out how good a deal it is. I might ask the dealer to remove the tint and verify that the defroster is working _before_ you law down your $'s. If the defroster doesn't work I would doubt that Saab would cover it under warranty. If this dealer is not a Saab dealer, you might want to make sure there's one in the area.
