both of them? If so, I would verify that there is a constant 12V supply at the headlight wiper motor. I would have to think about it and look at the manual (not here right now), but there is a 12V, ground and trigger. The trigger goes high as long (12V) as the stalk is pulled to initiate wash/wipe. This should be enough time to 'un-park' the wipers and begin their 5 cycle wipe sequence. There is a diode between the trigger lead and the 12V constant lead and I believe that both would go to 12V as long as the lever is pulled (in the event that 12V is no longer present at the headlight wiper motor) and the wipers would stop as soon as it was released. The fuse is probably blown, the supply wire is broken, or there is a bad connection somewhere.
