The windshield washer pump on my 1995 (NG) Saab 900SE is dying and doesn't generate enough pressure (at least I'm 80% sure it's that and not the hoses). I'm wondering what I have to unbolt to get access to the pump so I can troubleshoot/replace it. Wheelwell arch cover? Front bumper? I can't find a manual for this model year to figure this out.
