I just bought a set of wheels and tires from them and (short version of a long story) they had some balance problems. They paid to rebalance them 2 times, then sent me two replacement rims when we determined that it was an out of true problem. They paid for all the shipping, mounting, and rebalancing. I don't think you could ask for better service. Bob
