Stuart, Done both fog lamps on my '93 9000 aero (U.S.). Do not remove the bumper. There is a plastic cover underneath which you can loosen. It's a tight fit, but I could wiggle my arm to the fog lamp and remove the clip, followed by the lamp (I believe there was a small philips head screw holding the harness in?). Good luck
