If you plan on doing a lot of hauling of stuff where the seats will need to be down, that could play into your decision. I know with two 11 y.o. sons it did play into my decision a few months ago. I wound up with a nice '94 CSE. Figured that I could upgrade the ECU to get the HP and lower the suspension if needed. FWIW, I'm pretty sure that the CSE did not have the lowered suspension. Craig
