I would like to install an amplifier into a 1996 900S and would like to use the factory head unit since there are no aftermarket radios for this car. Has anybody done this successfully? I currently have no speakers in the doors but... Is the 900S pre-wired for speakers in the doors? Just replaced the rear speakers which are supposed to be 6X9 but please be careful when you do this because not every 6X9 will fit the factory opening. Also, be very careful when prying off the grill. I wasn't and I broke one. Any tips or suggestions concerning the amplifier and front door speakers would be greatly appreciated.
