Subject: Electric seats stuck

Hello all, I have a 97 900 convertible with power seats - inclucing the passenger. Both seats have stopped responding to the adjustment controls. This is a 'without notice' change - nothing gradual. The obvious first place to look is the fuse box. I found a 30 amp fuse dedicated to the power seat. I felt like such a stud! I pulled the fuse - it was OK. The obvious second place to look is back in the first place. I double checked and found that there are two fuses, one for each seat. I knew the problem had to be here! I checked both fuses with a meter - they are both OK. As you probably noticed, the second place I looked was the same as the first place I looked. Where else could the problem be? I just knew it was a fuse. I should have known it wouldn't be that easy! Any help is greatly appreciated. Tom
