Subject: 60k service - All services stated in Service Manual not performed

I recently to my car in for a 60K service at my only local saab dealer (Cresent City Motors, Inc. New Orleans, Louisiana) and I was refering to the warranty and service record booklet which outlines task that should be completed at that service. i.e. changing belts, fuel filter, etc. The dealership did the typical oil change and the standard changes but I noticed not part charge for a fuel filter and I lifted the hood to find the belts not changed. This leaves me wondering what else was not done. I just bought this car and was really anticipating having a clean bill of health to drive on. I was charged a heavy 450.00 for the service plus parts for the items that were replaced which totaled 640.00 I would like to know the following: 1) Might I obtain a copy of the 60K mile service items (on the back of the page!), since the dealership took mine when it was stamped, i.e. scanned or fax! 504-897-5088 (attn.Aaron) 2) Should all those tasks outlined in the manual been performed. Thank you in advance Aaron Adolph 1999 9.3 se 56K
