Try Nordic Saab, http://www.nordicsaab.com/  => Specials => go to 
Preowned and check the "Nordic Performance Packages". They do some
wonderful things with the 9-5. They will sell you parts or install
them if you prefer. 

The original Nordic tuning is in Europe at http://www.saabtuning.com
where (you can buy the same components).
