Subject: Re: Steering wheel vibration on '96 Convert

Hi John! I guess any vehicule with a noticeable vibration in the steering wheel needs special "attention". It's certainly not more normal on a Saab than on the other cars you've been driving... I'm driving a '97 900SE conv. at this time (95 900S before that), and i can assure you that there's no vibration whatsoever produced by the fact that it's a conv. So if your salesman tells you that all's been checked and that they've found nothing, maybe insist on having the wheels balanced at a garage you're familiar with, that's if you really want that car, if not ,well I suggest you pass and wait for a straight one. cheers, JL "Jon Rubin" <floaternopsamcom> a Ècrit dans le message news: 9eltje$fmv$1nopsamnews.rcn.net... > I've just located a beautiful 1996 900SE turbo convertible with only 35K > miles that I'm close to buying.
