Subject: Stuck In Park Help !!!!!!!!!!!!

Help My 1993 saab 9000 cse automatic transmission would not come out of park. Here is what I have observed so far. Fuse number 27 10amp controls radio and transmission lock. Fuse is fine. Two switches on the brake peddle both connected and seem to be working. If I was to guess which controlled the shifter lock I would guess the lower one. When engaging the brake the shifter lock never "clicks" and both bittons on shifter will not press in. THere you have it. I am sure I am not the first. I am however trying to save myself a tow cost. I figure the repair should cost the price of the tow. Thanks Jim Nugent Jfnugentnopsamo.com
