See if that makes a difference. My guess is your cabin filter is clogged and the pressure drop is lower between the engine compartment through the false bulkhead and the cabin inside than that between the outside air through the clogged filter and the inside. The cabin air filter is expensive to my knowledge. At least in the US it is so. $40 If I remember correctly.
