Mark, it should all be there. Get a Bentley manual for your car. It will show the schematic for the whole circuit so that you can ensure that it is done right. It will also tell you the differences between years. You are right, the system did change a few times. Don't get the 92+ stuff (except the pump - it was the same all the way through) as it is too complicated. You should need the servo bellows, pull chain, pedal switch bracket, ECU, vacuum pump, hose, pedal switches. The early model stalk switch was changed in the late 80's to include a 'TIP' feature. The old one is no longer available and there is a slight wiring modification which needs to be done, but it is pretty simple. I repeat, get a Bentley manual, but the following link may be of help.
