I heard that the tranny's in 2.3 turbo's and Aero's are no true examples of longevity. Kickdowns in these cars might be a profound torture for these automatics. IMHO an Aero asks for a manual gearbox. Otherwise, if well cared for, the 200.000 kms seem no big issue to me.
